WHAT SIZES OF DUMPSTERS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer 15, 20, and 25-yard roll-off dumpsters. The 15-yard is ideal for small cleanouts, the 20-yard is our most popular size and works well for kitchen renovations, roofing tear-offs, and mid-size cleanouts, and the 25-yard is best for larger projects like full home cleanouts, garage demolitions, and significant debris. HOW MUCH DOES DUMPSTER RENTAL COST?
Our flat-rate pricing is as follows: 15-yard at $600, 20-yard at $650, and 25-yard at $700. The price includes delivery, a 7-day rental period, pickup, and disposal. There are no hidden fuel surcharges or surprise fees. Contractor and PRO rates are available for customers with ongoing needs. Contact us for further details!

HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU DELIVER A DUMPSTER?
We offer same-day and next-day delivery in most cases, subject to availability. Call us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We recommend calling at least 24 hours ahead when possible.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE DUMPSTER?
Standard rentals include a 7-day rental period. If you need the dumpster longer, contact us before your rental period ends and we can arrange an extension. Extended rental fees may apply.
WHAT CAN I PUT IN THE DUMPSTER?
You can dispose of most household and construction waste, including furniture, appliances (without Freon), renovation debris, roofing materials, yard waste, and general junk. You cannot put hazardous materials in a roll-off dumpster. This includes paint, chemicals, batteries, motor oil, tires, asbestos, and refrigerants. WHAT IS THE WEIGHT LIMIT?
Residential rentals include a 1-ton (2,000 lb) weight allowance. Our Contractor / PRO tier includes a 3-ton (6,000 lb) allowance. Overages beyond the included weight are charged at the standard disposal rate per ton. If your project involves heavy materials like concrete, dirt, or roofing shingles, let us know so we can help you choose the right tier.
DO I NEED A PERMIT TO PUT A DUMPSTER IN MY DRIVEWAY?
In most cases, no permit is required when the dumpster is placed on your private property or driveway. If you need to place the dumpster on a public street or in a right-of-way, you may need a permit from your town or city. Requirements vary by municipality in Maine. We recommend checking with your local town office before placing a dumpster on the street.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR DELIVERY?
Make sure there is a clear, level area for the dumpster with enough room for the delivery truck to approach. The truck needs approximately 60 feet of straight clearance to drop the container. Mark any low-hanging wires, tree branches, or obstacles near the drop area. Protect your driveway by placing plywood boards under the container if you are concerned about surface damage.
CAN I PUT CONCRETE, DIRT, OR HEAVY DEBRIS IN THE DUMPSTER?
Concrete, dirt, brick, and other dense materials can be placed in a dumpster, but they are heavy and fill the weight allowance quickly. For these materials, we recommend using a smaller container size to avoid overage charges, and contacting us in advance so we can help you plan.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment. Payment is required before delivery. For commercial and contractor accounts, ACH transfer and check options are available. Contact us to set up a PRO service!
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RESIDENTIAL AND PRO / CONTRACTOR PRICING?
Residential pricing is designed for homeowners doing one-time projects. Our Contractor / PRO tier is for businesses and contractors with regular removal needs. The PRO tier includes a 3-ton weight allowance per rental (versus 1 ton on residential) and is available to customers who book multiple rentals per month. WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED THE DUMPSTER PICKED UP EARLY?
Just give us a call and we will schedule an early pickup depending on availability. There is no penalty for early returns. Calling ahead helps us plan our routes and ensures prompt pickup.
